Full Job Description
Action Smart Group is the largest, nationwide hail repairer and are currently responding to a recent hail event in Adelaide.
Our large operations have significant turnover of repairs, so we need you to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask. You will promote a strong service culture and have capability to:
- Deliver professional and efficient customer service both by telephone and face to face
- Efficient and accurate data entry and maintenance of our database
- Ability to communicate effectively and show initiative
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet required time frames
- Ability to manage complaints and difficult customers face to face or over the phone
- Experience in the insurance and/or automotive industry would be ideal and exposure to claims management databases
- Understand repair process for cars
Operating in alignment with our core values and culture, the ideal candidate will take ownership, work in a safe manner and effectively with team members. Most importantly you will have excellent eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills.
Must have Drivers licence (manual preferred) and be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (requirement from the insurance companies we acquire our work through for all customer facing staff)
