Action Smart Group is the largest, nationwide hail repairer and have a vacancy for an experienced Parts Administrator/ Parts Interpreter, to support our response to the recent storm event.

Our large operations have significant turnover of repairs, so we need you to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask.

Experienced in all aspects of parts ordering processes; you will have a strong background in the automotive industry and capability to interpret parts information utilising our database for order and supply of all makes/models.

Operating in alignment with our core values and culture, the ideal candidates will take ownership, work in a safe manner and effectively with team members. Most importantly you will have excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.

Multiple positions:

  • Employment: Casual, immediate start
  • Pay: above Award rates, Monday to Friday work and opportunity for overtime.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Casual
  • Salary: From $27.03 per hour

Experience:

  • Inventory control or Parts Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
